Reality check
#1

I for one have had a long history of lucid dreaming which I won't go into right at the moment. However recently I decided to try to concentrate on my hands once more. I say this because I have had a ten year dry spell. Well it worked and I was where I was ten years ago.
Let me explain... In my dreaming everything is successive, that is I learn and remember past dreamings and where to go from there. I have advanced pretty far over the years and my next step was to see myself. Well I found myself in my bedroom looking at my sleeping body. I knew right then that it was me but I also knew that it was a shitty, poor quality dream and it ended soon thereafter. I haven't concentrated on it since but plan to try again soon.
It seems to me that every time I get tired of the whole Don Juan thing and decide to give it a rest some new little nugget appears to revive my interest. This was a winner and I wonder if others have had similar experiences.

What do you think caused the 10 year dry spell? And what do you think is allowing you to proceed again now?

Maybe you've been doing something wrong?
If you found yourself in a bad-quality dream, it couldn't be you. Lucid dreaming and toltec dreaming are two different things, after all.

I haven't even seen my body yet, and at the moment lucid dreams have been totally gone for several months.

But for over 10 years I have occasionally found myself awake in the middle of the night, and I have noticed that I see shapes of my bedroom. My vision has always been black and white, or more precisaly in shades of grey. Every time when I have been watching shapes of furniture, doors etc. a moment, I suddenly realize that my eyelids are closed. And when I realize that, everything goes totally black and I no more see a thing. If I do open my eyes, I can sometimes see that the angle I saw those shapes of furniture was different than that I have looking ahead with my body lying on the bed.

The other strange sensation I have considering dreaming is that every now and then when I do have a serial of lucids my left foot starts to feel warm or hot in the middle of the day when I am walking outside.
