2 things caught my attention.

1) What was up with fashion in the early 90's?!?!?!?!

2) The 2 hosts are total "New Age" douchebags. i could tell they had no real interest in what the Chacmools were saying. Compare body positions betweens the douchebags and the Chacmools.

Haven't seen 2 1/2 of the passes they demonstrated. The 1/2 is because the 2nd one they showed, Building a House of Energy i think is very similar to the first one on the 2nd tape. The other 2 were completely new to me. So thanks for the link!

What is that favorite moment? When Reni doesn't know which camera to look at? :blink:

Weird. I can't say that I'm fond of it. Kind of strange that they agreed to be on something so imbecilic. The whole thing seemed kind of awkward and scripted. Like they had memorized every word they were supposed to say. I didn't watch every moment of it, but from what I saw, it seemed like there wasn't much that was spoken off the cuff.

Favorite(?) moment? When they were asked what don Juan meant when he said "our time is running out", in regards to humanity in general. Kylie begins by acting as if she has something to say, but ends up saying nothing really.

Yeah, exactly! How long was the opening? 3/4 minutes of the odd couple looking enlightened.

But I don't think the Chacmools memorized it all. It looked like they were reading it from pieces of paper on the coffee table. Or maybe they were reading energy on the wall. Maybe not.

The favourite moment was when Kylie was saying to the hippie chick that the world is fine...then she said something like, "If only humans could..." As she said 'humans' she let out a smile of incredulous disdain almost. Anyway, I liked that. Although the Reni moment was also pretty good, a close second.

Please pardon me for speaking from my ass. My feelings about the beginning of the interview haven't really changed, but upon watching the rest of the clip I have a little better feelings about the interview in general.

It seems like when they explain the story of Carlos, which has been told in almost every interview ever given by any of them, it seemed stiff and rehearsed. However, once they started talking about Tensegrity, their field of expertise, they opened up and seemed much more at ease.

Well maybe not all of my time, but just some of it, if he or she happens to practice his or her douchebaggery in front of me. I would expect the same of those witnessing my douchebaggery as well of course!

Here's another point of view: I think you have it back to front. All beings are douchebags. In the case of that interview, I think the difference is that the Chacmools know they are douchebags, accept it and direct their energy toward practicing Tensegrity. I don't think the interviewers know it, they're too worried about saving humanity or whatever.

As I said, just my point of view. Cite Kylie's laugh at 'human beings' that I previously quoted.
