To me, low seratonin = low energy... depression = low energy... lack of dreaming = low energy

However...

It's quite a funny thing to me that today I couldn't care less about sex... I do practise it occasionally because I have a partner, and I do enjoy it - but when I don't do it I don't care about it and I don't think about it all. It rings no bell in me.

If you can feel like this, and be full of energy, then you are on the road to dreaming... or at the very least, joy beyond imagination.
