For guys who practice these magical passes, I find it difficult to gently rub the energy that's gathered directly onto the genitals. I'm thinking about the ones where your fingers make a V shape.
For women, you'd be rubbing the energy where your ovaries or womb is- a much larger surface area. Or for some of the passes, should guys be rubbing the energy where our wombs and ovaries would be?

Any discoveries concerning this "cramped" issue?
I prefer to hear from people who actually practice the passes.

i tried to learn them at one time. Just couldn't get them. So i'm no help in this matter.

I'm not sure if I'm answering your question correctly, and I'm certainly no authority. But I think in general when they say to rub it on the genital area, they mean just that. The genital area. In other words, the fact that there isn't a large surface area on the penis... and balls specifically, doesn't mean you can't just lightly brush the area surrounding it. I think directing the energy to that area is enough.

As in the third pass on the first tensegrity video "the ball of energy", I believe the energy is directed to the genitals, not an imaginary womb and ovaries on a man.

So i randomly opened up my Magical Passes book to the Womb Passes section. So far, i have tried the first 3 groups and have only had any luck (not much) in doing the ones for Carol Tiggs. The others are just so utterly frustrating!! The language, the pictures the lack of pictures, weird movements! Maybe it's still not the time to learn them?

So, at a recent workshop, there was focus on the "lower-disk" or "foundation disk" or... there was another name but my assemblage point won't seem to move to where I know what it is

Nevertheless, this is another major vital center for men, around the hip region or where our womb would be if we had one. It's the womb-equivalent for men. And revitalising this region or redeploying energy to it is necessary to be able to see energy directly as it flows in the universe. Part of that includes celibacy together with examining your sexual history.

I guess I'm answering my own question in that energy redeployed from passes for the series of the womb would be rubbed on the foundation disk. Emphasize "I guess"!

Anyone else who went to the workshop, please add or correct as you see fit.
