The Eagle’s Eminations
Hello,
I am new to the forum, however I’d like to pose a question for opinions. I placed it in this forum because it came to me as intuition, or silent knowledge and figured it would apply.
My question, is that in CC’s books, Don Juan emphasizes emphatically that the basis of ‘sorcery’ is using will through intent to manipulate the eagle’s emanations as oneââ?¬â?¢s own command to move the assemblage point.
Now, the way I understand the metaphor of the eagle is from something I discovered studying with an alchemist; that there is a source of all energy, ergo this energy is creational in nature, boundless and it is the fundamental aspect of all things. It is expressed somewhat as god, in the ideal that god is the reason of creation and part of all things, but the larger brunt of that idea comes from the mold of man, obviously. Anyway, this source can be tapped into by humans through the control of the will and given access to boundless creational energy that is infinitely malleable to the user and that with this creational energy one can manifest intent into the spiritual and physical (though those are only differentiated in terms, not practice) This is what in alchemy is used as the cornerstone to spiritual transmutation of the self, or others, healing, whatever is intended. Now, all energy has its own consciousness and this source is no exception, it is in fact the source of all consciousness and as we know of basic principles of energy – all energy seeks to return to its source hence when we die we are ‘devoured by the eagle.’
My point here is pointing out the similarities in the two metaphors and descriptions but the difference in what is emphasized in practice. In the perspective of the Nagual the will is used exclusively to manifest the movement of the assemblage point, more specifically to change perception.
My question then is, then, if our will can enhance our command to that of the eagle�s, which is the source of creational energy, when why would one not use those commands in a pragmatic sense; to use them for the purposes of creation, more than merely perception?
And if the new seers knew this could be done, why not expand upon it?

About five years ago, I was introduced to CC/don Juan not so much by his books, but rather by a freethinking, open, giving person. This person gave me a new understanding, assisted me to see things differently, and later, I discovered CC’s books on my own. Since then, new gifts have arrived.
I look forward to reading posts and discussions. Good day farting :blink:
Mood of a Warrior
Often have I sought the elusive mood of a warrior, and in seeking it have occasionally stumbled across something. It always felt like I had done it before, it was never something that could be grasped.
It’s obvious after the fact and in actual fact is was obvious before the fact looking back but up until the fact it could always be another way, and because its ongoing it never really ever becomes a fact! Turning the circle into a spiral requires getting out of the way and accepting ‘It is the only way that it can be’ sometimes helps to do it.
Remembering this is very tricky when the mind is elsewhere. Oh the joys of petting!
Can I learn to lose and win?
Now here’s the thing. Competition. Something in me craves it. One of me or maybe more than one of me thrives off it. It watches others intently looking for weaknesses to exploit. It craves winning. When it loses it hides and cowers. Limp it feels cheated. It plays the game of chances to the extreme. Risk it all just to be right. In the infinity of chaos what is winning or losing? Who knows the agreement best? This duel is ongoing, a battle of wills between the heart and the mind. The emotions are forced, led and duped by tricks of the mind. The heart is soft and yielding. When the mind wins the emotions follow behind marching in triumphant jubilation singing songs of victory. And in loss, the march drags its feet and there are long downcast stares, bitterness fills the air. And yet when the heart is brought to bear, allowed to participate, to play, the winning and losing is less important than the connection that simply comes through participation. The heart is the essence of feeling connected which is possibly why a path with heart can never make a wrong turn even when the mind insists that it has. The mind without the heart sponsors separation.

It is temperamental, this condition I’m in. The weather outside is light and still. Inside things are slow.
It keeps changing no matter what I do, I can’t predict it, how could I?
If only I could find out who’s in charge maybe I could find out what’s going on?
Subscribe to a newsletter to keep me informed so I might at least be able to plan in advance?
Maybe I could apply for the position to be in charge, then I could control it couldn’t I?
But then if I’m controlling it, I would no longer be where I am, would I?

Just a thought… recently i was talking to my father and he has read all the CC books (he was the one who got me reading them) or most of them at least. He also use to study with a group of people awhile ago that had to do more with spirituality and decrees (dont wanna touch on it to much considering i dont know that much about it). But he brang up alot of different things about Saints and Angels and how we each have an individual guardian angel.
Now, i dont completely aggree on the whole aspect of angels (and im not about to try and tell him he’s wrong cause everyone is entitled to there own opinion of different things) but i dont like to beleive that there is something else out there watching me and ready to do my bidding, cause if that was the case wouldn’t we all be better off? But i was putting some serious thought into what he was saying and it is just so much the polar opposite of the CC books that i can’t even see myself trying to ask an “invisible” angel to make my day perfect, and now that i think about it it seems more like a way of intending rather than having an outside force do something for you.
But anyway this was all brought on by a movie that i watched recently that is somewhat groundbreaking its called “zeitgeist” (yes my name, Google it). I would think that if any people were open minded enough to watch it, it would be people who look at these posts (cause its so non-main stream).
I just feel really confused lately about where iam going and what im even doing… Its like i feel like im so close to the answer (or what have you) that it is almost driving me crazy trying to figure out where i should start and what to believe anymore.

Flyers
Has anyone ever had any experience with flyers, other than jus fleeting shadows. I thought it wierd that in all the books (granted there was usually something different in each one) that CC only mentions the “flyers” inside activeside of infinity i believe.
Jus thought it a decent discussion because at times i “think” i see shadows out the corners of my eyes, but when i turn they are gone, kinda freaky sometimes. :ph34r:
