		In my opinion there are at least two levels of inner silence:
1) No internal dialog (no hearing of words in one�s mind)
2) No acknowledgement of the mind only of that which is perceived. In other words when one sees a rock, at the first level one does not think ââ?¬Å?rockââ?¬
