At the workshop I did. Now I'll be trying to do it via email or skype with the same person.
To begin with, I took it as a kind of "light therapy" to quote one of the speakers. But having done it minimally, I'm encouraged to keep going. It certainly won't be replacing recapitulating alone though.
cada dia, what's your experience with witnessing after a workshop, not in person? Or do you live close enough to fellow practitioners?
