Once while reading a post on Sustained Action I came across a person who in trying to prove to himself if recapitulating worked, obsessively recaped everything he could think of, including name brands and logos. He came to the conclusion that it was ineffective based of the quanity of things he recaped, never mind technique . Now, looking back I don't see any reason why energy wouldn't be locked up in symbols, after all, subjectly, at this level of awarness everything is a symbol to us. right?
