internal dialogue
Offering to share your experience.
There seems to be a state where no subject or object exists. Is it right? Somehow I thought that self-awareness must always be present, and this destruction of it seems wrong. Well, I never risked to see what lies after it, it just seems wrong.
Tell about how you do it and how it feels.
I don’t believe that self awareness stops or is supposed to stop with inner silence. Perhaps self infatuation yes, but with inner silence comes much greater awareness of the body and the world.
I haven’t yet reached the level of silence required to see, but the amount of silence that I have reached has shown me that I am much more aware of what is going on around me when I stop talking to myself.
It does seem a bit scary at times when the silence goes on for long periods. It sometimes feels like I might slip away, or lose myself. But I feel that that is just part of losing self-importance. And facing that is a part of overcoming fear.
I feel that it is important to trust oneself. Know that we will pull through, no matter what. We have to believe we will succeed.

enso±ar,
I think that you might be able to see soon. I would like to know how much time you are spending on awareness. I would check out those books from loonerpa. I do not think that is possible to slip away by being silent. I agree that we must trust ourselfs.
Here are some words of wisdom from a source that some may get 😉
“If could go back
The same way I got here
And see the people that
I once held so near
I’d do my best to
Find an answer for you
But first I must wait till I’m set free
And I don’t know
How long that’s gonna be
‘cause I’m a man with
A whole lot on his mind
Just out there somewhere
Travelling in time
Travelling in time
Why don’t we listen to
The voices in our hearts
cause then I know we’d find
We’re not so far apart
Everybody’s got to be happy
Everyone should sing
For we know the joy of life
The peace that love can bring
Love and truth will follow me
An army of reality
Brought from every corner
Of the world”
I hope that you find what you are looking for.

Thank you, that is lovely. Welcome to the forums.
🙂 Thank you for these additional sources – I have found that Tai Chi helps to keep me ballanced & makes it easier to focus/not focus —
Stop doubting yourself. Stop second guessing your choices. When you make a choice, especially those that are spontaneous and born of joy, do your best to realize those choices.
