   your question, if i understand correctly,is a question on the conditions of alignment. although i am FAR from being an expert, i hope what i do understand helps you.

   to perceive is to be aware, and what you perceive is nothing more than the position of the assemblege point. what holds that in place is nothing but will. the luminous fibers that don’t fall into that point remain in the sphere of possibility. your command becomes the eagles command thru the usage of unbending intent to enable your will to intend new positions for the assemblege point. at the momment you align new luminous fibers the fibers outside of the luminous body “trap” the ones moving with in, at that momment perception takes place.
